The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending on the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but are not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics etc, also for the supplier delay for the mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie: courier services.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Products
If a customer receives a damaged product or if a package is lost in transit, Bakingtoolbox.com will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacement Guarantee Policy
We provide a great customer experience each time you shop with your BakingToolBox. Bakingtoolbox.com is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure a ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within one day of receiving the product.
We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective product, and we will ship the replacement product to the customer as soon as possible.
All you need to do is give us a call within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the BakingToolBox team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by a short circuit, broken by the customer, or damaged while used by the customer.
Refund Policy
At Bakingtoolbox, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for any items that are in their original condition within Seven days of receipt.
To initiate a refund, please contact us. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
